SARAH SLEICHER: ACCOUNTING MANAGER
In this role she oversees accounts receivable and accounts payable. During her five years, she’s upgraded accounting processes, created internal policies and procedures, and maintained various office duties. Before this role she was a financial analyst at a local manufacturing company. She holds a Bachelor of Science degree in accounting from the University of Nebraska at Kearney. JAMES DOBRY: PRODUCTION MANAGER
He’s a key salesman at trade shows. He is in charge of four employees, scheduling builds, maintaining inventory, and show projects. Before joining Badass Workbench he owned his own welding business. If it’s not snowing, you can find him on the golf course.
JUNIOR DELEON: SALES
Junior DeLeon will greet you with a smile every time you enter the store. His duties range from inside sales, customer service, logistics, and purchasing. With his prior experience and knowledge from working in the warehouse and fabrication shop, he will be able to configure the best product for your application. He likes to bass fish and cheer on the Huskers and Cowboys.
RUBEN RODRIGUEZ: WELDER
Ruben Rodriguez is the magician behind the curtain welding the finest product for our customers. He has an Associate Degree in welding technology. He’s detail oriented and committed to engineering the ultimate product for you. In his spare time he enjoys building and welding any type of farm project, being outdoors, and going to the horse races.
